      Description

      Working on a system with two repositories configured in conf.xml; but only one is used in kasp.xml (the other is not initialised).

      When trying to create keys the error message:

      ods-enforcerd: Initialization: CKR_FUNCTION_FAILED

      is seen.

      It would be nice if unused repositories were not required to be functional. But if that is unrealistic then it would be helpful if the message indicated which repository was throwing the error at least.
