"failed to increment serial" only during a ZSK rollover

      Description

      The message "failed to increment serial" is logged, shortly after the message INFO: ZSK has been rolled for nl

      This keeps going on until the new zone is handed over to the signer.

      This happened during the last three ZSK rollovers, and (at least) from January 1st this message didn't show up in our logs, except during the rollovers.

      In kasp.xml: <Serial>keep</Serial>.

      I can upload parts of the logfiles, but I prefer to do that off-list.
