      Description

      Hello,

      I'm trying to migrate according to what is described on page https://www.opendnssec.org/migration-from-1-4-to-2-1/.

      I meet an unexpected error while running convert_sqlite script. I do not know exactly if it is a bug or something special in my data. Here is what I get :

      > ./convert_sqlite -i ~/Key_Manager/ODS/var/kasp.db -o ~/Key_Manager/ODS/var/kasp.db.new
      Error: near line 556: constraint failed

      If it is not a bug, is there a way to have more details from convert_sqlite command ? If you think it is a bug, what kind of file should I provide to help fixing it ?
