      Debian/ia64 unstable package for opendnssec 2.1.3.

      Description

      opendnssec fails to build from source on Debian/ia64.

      The build fails because the package tries to link in libunwindx86_64 (?!).  I believe the relevant configuration line is https://github.com/opendnssec/opendnssec/blob/develop/configure.ac#L222

      For reference, the package builds fine on amd64 (x86_64) without libunwind: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=opendnssec&arch=amd64&ver=1%3A2.1.3-3&stamp=1552326516&raw=0
