unit test validitydnskey on FreeBSD does not actually check proper validity time.

The test already skips the actual problem, by ignoring the problem. There is however also a timing problem with the test, which makes it easier also to fix this.
The timing problem relates to the zone delete. The enforcer is not idles, so some machines might not already have executed the delete before the zone is re-added.
