      Description

      Both signer/src/scheduler/task.[ch] and enforcer/src/scheduler/task.[ch] contain source code for signer and enforcer tasks, but the source code is very diverged. Resulting code contains duplicate symbols: task_create(), task_compare(), task_what2str(), task_who2str(), task2str(), task_cleanup().
