      Description

      The following message is contained in the logs:

      [zone] unable to delete RR from zone example.com: domain not found

      on a newly added, nearly empty zone. This is since the (linked) issue regarding double NSEC3PARAM records. It is probably trying to delete the RR which isn't even there yet as the zone is new.
