      To reproduce:
      ods-control start
      ods-enforcer zone add -z ods1
      ods-control stop

      ods-control start
      ods-enforcer zone add -z ods2
      ods-control stop

      This error message is shown "*** Error in `/usr/local/sbin/ods-signerd': corrupted double-linked list: 0x0000000000d626b0 ***" and signer exits
