ods-enforcer zone and key list commands may need more filter options to cope with 10s of 1000s of zones

For the case where there are 10,000+ zones it would be useful to have a more sophisticated filter on the output of the zone list command. At the moment it simply lists ALL zones. Suggestions:

• regular expression match on zone names
• regular expression match on zone location
• adapter type/adapter name for DNS

The key list command is already more sophisiticated in 1.4 (filters on zone, keystate and keytype) but this should also be reviewed to aid with listing 1000s of keys.
