      Description

      1. ods-ksmutil zone delete command
      Delete zone's information from table zones, but don't delete zone's information from dnsseckeys.

      2. ods-ksmutil zone add command
      Arbitary indicate in-type parameter, the command can also add zone to the database.
      We may should restrict the parameter's type as dns/file.
