      Description

      User request - check for existence of specified files when running the 'zone add' command and at least warn the user if they do not exist. Otherwise the user has to wait and go digging through the logs to find out what went wrong.

      Note: if we do this for 1.4 remember to create an enforcer-ng issue to match.
