      Description

      Stuart reported:

As I have observed in 9.11, I think OpenDNSSEC consumes too much memory,
the signed zone is 400MB in size but ods-signerd takes more than 80% of
      32G memory.

      And later:

After restarting OpenDNSSEC, the ods-signerd only consumes 9% now, so I
think there must be some tmp data in the memory which are not
      deallocated in time.
But I have to say the signing speed becomes slow with the increasing
RRs, so I changed crontab from every 2 mins to 5 mins to nsupdate 200
times with 6 RRs each time.
And the outboud's ixfer_log changed, it only receives once not twice,
and the speed is great (350KBps)compared to 2KBps.
