      Description

      Running test/scripts/build_and_test.sh

      Required various extra packages such as
      compatability/ucb, system/library/math/header-math etc.

      Also needed CFLAGS=-std=c99 and PATH=/usr/ccs/bin:/usr/gnu/bin:$PATH (in that order) to compile

      Maybe some of this can be detected by configure

      Also needed --enable-auditor adding????
