Epic Link:
This issue clones one to be implemented on 1.4. We need to check how the enforcer-ng handles many ds-seen commands and ensure it performs at least as well as 1.4!
When issuing the ods-ksmutil --dsseen command, it would be useful to have an option to not notify the enforcer.
When the enforcer is notified, it blocks the db for some time while checking for changes. This becomes a problem if a number of dsseen commands are to be issued in sequence and the number of keys is large.
A workaround is to stop the enforcer while the dsseen commands are issued.
