ods-enforcer key generate need to implemented

1) Looks like need to rename 'ods-enforcer hsm key gen' to 'ods-enforcer key generate' to be compatible with 1.4 and change duration to interaval. Also in 1.4 the policy and auto-accept options were available:
ods-ksmutil key generate
--policy <policy>
--interval <interval>
--auto-accept
But are not there in 2.0

2) In 1.4 the user is told how many keys the action will generate and asked to confirm that they want to proceed. This would be very nice to replicate if possible.
