Create a regression test where OpenDNSSEC interops with BIND

It would be good to have an interop test on at least one platform with OpenDNSSEC talking to a nameserver e.g. BIND

• this would preferably be in jenkins but may be easier to do outside jenkins to begin with
• start with this just on one platform and asses how tough it will be to extend to others
• initially target the DNS adaptors but this could be extended to include the FILE adaptors too
• consider trying to include other validation tools in this workflow to validate the content of the signed zones
