      Description

      An intermediate format has been specified to transition the Enforcer state from the OpenDNSSEC 1.x Enforcer to the Enforcer NG (OpenDNSSEC 2.x). A tool needs to be written that imports the data in this intermediate format into the Enforcer NG.
