The workflow must be describes in a support process. How handle the incoming bug reports, e.g. redirect reports on the user's list to bugs.opendnssec.org. How the support staff review the incoming reports. Reproduce them. Create an internal ticket. A fix is made. The fix is tested and delivered to the user.
