softHSM install some files in unexpeted places

./configure \

--prefix=/usr/local/opendnssec \

--sysconfdir=/etc \

--localstatedir=/var

"make install" puts some files in unexpected places.

/etc/softhsm.conf
- wouldn't it make more sense to put it in /etc/opendnssec like the rest of the files?
/var/softhsm/
- same here, wouldn't /var/opendnssec/softhsm make more sense?

Yes, I told it to use /etc and /var but did not assume it would do it literaly since the other components use a subdirectory(opendnssec).
