RolloverNotification tag not documented

In the documentation page you include a paragraph saying

This will appear in your logs at a time prior to the rollover as configured in conf.xml (the Enforcer/RolloverNotification tag).
----

but the details of the tag are not included in that page or the XML documentation in the trac site. A read to the XMLSchema gives you a hint the tag is expected to be a duration.

Would a RolloverNotificationCommand be useful as well?
