sqlite3 3.3.9 or 3.4.2?

The doc says 3.3.9, the configure want 3.4.2.

Either edit the documentation, or downgrade the dependency in the configure.

If 3.3.9 would break OpenDNSSEC operation, I would suggest to edit the docs. Otherwise, I would downgrade the dependency.
