Does not update owner name when other data next to CNAME was fixed

Start signing the all.rr.org from trunk.

Change the owner name of CNAME to bar.all.rr.org

ods-signer sign all.rr.org

You get error as expected:

Change the owner name back to foo.all.rr.org

ods-signer sign all.rr.org

But it does not re-read the zone:
