Auditor should only save data if there is no error

I cleaned out all of my temporary files for the Signer, but forgot the clean up the files for the Auditor. So the Signer started with a lower SOA serial then what was used before. The Auditor catches this the first time, but it sets this SOA serial as the most current serial and will thus let through the zone after the Signer has tried the second time.
