Limit number of errors produced by auditor

Gilles Massen reports that the auditor hangs (when called by the ODS system - fine if called by the command line) when producing vast quantities of errors (e.g. error for every RR for large zone). Solution is to limit number of output errors to a certain level (say 100?)
