ksmutil update should be more specific

When running ksmutil update only kasp.xml is updated. If you make changes to zonelist.xml those changes is not updated.

So ... ksmutil update can be made more specific, like this:

ksmutil update conf (might not be what we want or need here)
and...
ksmutil update kasp
ksmutil update zonelist
