Signer $ORIGIN bug

If a statement like this is encountered :

$ORIGIN example.com. ; designates the start of this zone file in the name space

Then the signer ends up with lines like :

; Out-of-zone data: ns.example.com.\032\032\032\032\032. 3600 IN A 10.0.0.2
; Out-of-zone data: wwwtest.example.com.\032\032\032\032\032. 3600 IN CNAME www.example.com.\032\032\032\032\032.
;
example.com. 3600 IN NS ns.example.com.\032\032\032\032\032.
example.com. 3600 IN NS ns.somewhere.com.
