      Description

      No timestamp is added for the ready state when a key is promoted to active for the first time. This problem was introduced with this change set: http://trac.opendnssec.org/changeset/1117/trunk/libksm/src/ksm_request.c

      Do not know if this will cause any problems, but there should be a timestamp in the db to keep everything consistent.
